Our reason
I've always had a passion to care for others in need. My journey began when my
grandfather was released from the hospital after having heart surgery. I was young and clueless but didn't hesitate to move in with him to provide the care he needed so he didn't have to go to a rehabilitation facility.
After he had passed I took different career paths, even some college classes in social work but always found myself caring for someone in need. I started working in the home hospice field a little over 10 years ago and thats when I first discovered homes for those who was unable to live alone and care for their self like my
grandfather many years ago.
That's when I knew without a doubt this is my calling.
There are so many people who are unable to provide care for their loved ones due to raising a family, work, school, being elderly, ect.
What a blessing to be able to give people more options then just a nursing home facility. Here at Tanya's Helping Home we provide 24/7 care in our home. We provide all meals, hygiene care, medication reminder/administration if needed, a room that's cleaned daily, laundry washing, most importantly care that's provided with compassion. We want to provide not just wonderful care, but a peace of mind knowing your loved ones are cared for.
